Are you a parent of an autistic high school graduate who’s feeling stuck at home, maybe glued to their screen, and struggling to get motivated for the next phase of life?
You’re not alone – and it doesn’t have to be this hard.
Watch my class created specifically for parents like you. We talked about 11 ways you can motivate your autistic young adult to run their own life, build confidence, and – yes – start earning money.
Â
Imagine if Your Autistic Young Adult Could Thrive on Their Own…
Picture your autistic young adult was stepping into life confidently – taking on responsibilities, managing their own time, and earning money – all without you needing to nudge, remind, or worry.
Seeing them earning money and handling life’s challenges when you’re not there may feel like an impossible dream.
But since October 2019 I’ve had 2,438 coaching calls with autistic young adults and their families and I’ve helped them:
✔️ Start working online
✔️ Land their first job and strengthen their resumes
✔️ Uplevel to a position at a company appropriate for their degree
✔️ Earn money doing work they find meaningful
And this is exactly what I want to help you achieve in this free class.

"Lynn has ever so patiently over the course of the year moved my son noticeably along in personal hygiene, financial awareness, and educating him in the power of his thoughts. We would have been hooped without her, especially during this last year full of challenges."Â

“I was eager to try anything, because nothing was working. 25 years of books, It just didn't click. I can't do this alone, and my son can't do it without any intervention. He had his therapist for the last 15 years. He needs more. I needed more. I didn't know where I could turn, I needed ideas, and I needed someone who's been there and knows what they're talking about, not just a psychologist with initials after their name.
I want somebody who knows, somebody who's lived it, and also that we're not alone.”

"I highly recommend working with Lynn! We didn't know what steps to take for our adult son because he was diagnosed after high school. We of course want him to be financially independent and a functional member of society. Lynn made us aware of Georgia Vocational Rehab and how to get our son diagnosed "in the system".
She gave us hope. I have learned so much from her emails and modules. She has made me more aware of how I communicate with my son and with myself. It is never too late to learn something new!"

About Me
I’m Lynn Davison, a mom of six adult children (ages 28 to 55) in a blended family of alternative learners, many of whom are autistic. I created this training after watching my own kids struggle with independence, feeling stuck and overwhelmed after high school.
Since October 2019, I’ve had over 2,400 coaching calls with autistic young adults and their families, helping them build confidence, self-reliance, and stronger family bonds. I’m here to share what’s worked for us and nearly 100 families to build a more self-reliant, peaceful life.
Let’s Create a Plan for Their Future – Together
Most traditional advice fails to address the unique needs of autistic young adults. I know because I’ve tried it all – and I’ve developed this approach after years of experience with my own family and many others. Together, we’ll go beyond outdated methods, learning how to understand, connect, and experiment until we find what works best for your young adult.
Imagine your young adult feeling confident, taking ownership of their life, and mastering the skills to face what comes next. It’s possible, and starts with the right tools and support. Watch this free webinar and let’s work together toward that future.
